Catherine Wohlfeil has been a paralegal for 29 years and has joined David F. Grams & Associates in 2009. Prior to joining David F. Grams & Associates, Ms. Wohlfeil was a senior litigation paralegal with the Madison office of Michael Best & Friedrich where she specialized in general litigation, including intellectual property cases, commercial collections and foreclosures. She also specializes in on-site field investigations, witness interviewing, large volume case management, systems design and analysis, database design, and document drafting. Ms. Wohlfeil is also experienced in the areas of product liability suits, contract law, worker’s compensation, medical records analysis and review, and review and organization of case documentation and evidence in preparation for trial.
Ms. Wohlfeil was one of the first 100 paralegals to be certified nationally in the United States in the specialty areas of Litigation, Criminal Law, Contract Law and Real Estate.
