Victoria M. Karcher received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in May 2007. Ms. Karcher previously interned for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., working as a paralegal for the Radiation Exposure Compensation Agency and has experience working for the Wisconsin State Senate. She plans on attending law school in the future.
